Over the 20 plus years since our inception, we have built a large and varied portfolio of residential projects, in Jaipur.
When looked at in historical sequence, they reflect changing customer lifestyles and expectations, our own growth in capability and vision, international trends in architecture and design, and technological advances in the construction industry.
Continuous research has ensured that we have a real understanding of changing worldwide trends in architecture, design and construction. We have travelled to the far East, South-east Asia, Middle-east, Europe and America to study the changing face of urban architecture first-hand. We have visited different cities in India to become familiar with our own environment. Customer surveys and feedback analysis put us in touch with customer preferences.
The 41 residential projects we have completed to date range from small and exclusive apartment buildings to large apartment complexes with top-of-the-line common facilities …to sophisticated integrated enclaves.
